Services We Will Be Looking For:

Electrical, HVAC, Drywall, Framing, Flooring, Plumbing, Roofing, Waterproofing, Insulation, Painting, Finish Carpentry, Fencing, and Well Drilling In addition to subcontractors, Komada will be soliciting local vendors for the following: Fuel, Portable Toilets, Portable Storage Containers, Lodging, Erosion Control Materials, and Signage

Insurance and Bonding Requirements

Bonds Will Be Required From All Major Subcontractors
1)Comprehensive Auto Liability and Property Damage Insurance: $1,000,000 – Bodily Injury and Property Damage Combined Single Limit.
2)Comprehensive General Liability and Property Damage Insurance: $1,000,000 – Personal Injury and Property Damage Combined Single Limit: $2,000,000 – General Aggregate; $2,000,000 – Products-Completed Operations Aggregate.
3)Current Worker’s Compensation Insurance through the subcontractor’s insurer or the California State Fund.

ARRA Reporting Requirements:

Any Subcontractor awarded more than $25,000 will have to have a DUNS number for the required ARRA Quarterly Reporting.
